Blissful Parlor & Spa is a premier luxury wellness center located at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Arrivals Parking, Ring Road, Kathmandu, Nepal. We are proud to operate 24 Hours daily (24/7) to serve both domestic and international travelers, airport transit guests, and Kathmandu residents.

2. Appointments & Bookings

• Online & Phone Inquiries: Appointment requests made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone are confirmed based on therapist and treatment suite availability.
• Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled session to enjoy a relaxing welcome consultation.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session due to flight changes or personal matters, please inform us as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp.

3. Spa Etiquette & Guest Conduct

• Tranquil Sanctuary: To maintain an ambiance of deep relaxation and peace for all guests, please keep mobile devices on silent mode while in therapy zones.
• Health Disclosures: For your personal safety, please notify our certified therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or pregnancy prior to receiving treatments.
• Respectful Atmosphere: Blissful Parlor & Spa maintains the highest ethical standards of professional wellness, massage therapy, and parlor care. Inappropriate or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of service.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices for services (Massages, Moroccan Bath, Sauna, Facial Treatments, Parlor Care) are displayed clearly on our service menus.
• We accept cash (NPR and major foreign currencies as per Nepal regulations) as well as popular digital payment methods and cards.
• Prices are subject to seasonal promotions or updates without prior notice.
